基于模拟现场的医师大会纠纷病例点评模式

目的：探讨通过医师大会采用模拟纠纷现场的形式，进行纠纷病例分析点评对于医疗安全的促进作用。方法从2013年开始通过医师大会对纠纷病例进行系统的分析点评，观察2011—2015年门诊医疗纠纷发生率（当年门诊医疗纠纷发生人次／当年门诊人次）和住院医疗纠纷发生率（当年住院医疗纠纷发生人次／当年出院人次）的差异。结果2011—2015年门诊医疗纠纷发生率分别为0．032‰、0．034‰、0．020‰、0．014‰、0．015‰；住院医疗纠纷发生率分别为2．64‰、2．23‰、1．71‰、0．93‰、0．94‰。经过统计学分析，2014年和2015年住院医疗纠纷发生率明显下降。结论通过医师大会进行纠纷病例分析点评对于医疗安全具有很好的促进作用。

Analyzing and Commenting on the Cases of Medical Disputes at the General Assembly of Doctors through the In-situ Simulation

Objective To analyze and comment on the cases of medical disputes at the general assembly of doctors through the in -situ simulation to prove its effects on the promotion of medical safety .Methods Since 2013 , the cases of medical disputes at the general assembly of doctors have been analyzed and assessed systemati -cally.And the differences of the occurring rates of medical disputes in the outpatients ( the number of the cases of medical disputes in the outpatients of the year/the number of the outpatients of the year ) and the occurring rates of medical disputes in the inpatients ( the number of the cases of medical disputes in the inpatients of the year /the number of the inpatients of the year ) between 2011 and 2015 have been observed .Results The occurring rates of medical disputes in the outpatients are 0.032‰, 0.034‰, 0.020‰, 0.014‰, 0.015‰respectively and the oc-curring rates of the medical disputes in the inpatients are 2.64‰, 2.23‰, 1.71‰, 0.93‰, 0.94‰respective-ly .After statistical analysis , the occurring rates of medical disputes in the inpatients in2014 and2015 have showed an obvious declining trend .Conclusion Analyzing and commenting on the cases of medical disputes at the general assembly of doctors shows a positive effect on the promotion of medical safety .
