| 摘 要： | 文章阐述新医改背景下我国公立医院公益性回归的历史背景，归纳了解除公立医院逐利意图的综合改革措施，提出要准确把握军队医院在我国医药医药卫生事业中的合理定位，创新公立医院公益性回归背景下军队医院运营策略，为新医改浪潮下军队医院发展改革提供理论探索。

Development Strategy of Military Hospitals under the Background of Public Welfare Regression of Public Hospitals |

| Abstract: | This study presented the historical background of policy regression of public welfare nature of public hospitals in China, and summarized the comprehensive reform measures to remove public hospital profit-seeking intentions.Base on such health care reform circumstance, military hospitals should accurately identify its obligation and responsibility in both military and national health system, new operation strategies should be imple-mented to develop military hospitals with non-profit purpose in future. |
