Currently, quality control circle activities have been widely launched in some regions of our country, and there is a trend of being popularized across the country .But the result is hard to predict .One main reason is that when certain advanced management methods and technologies are introduced , they fail to be com-bined with practice , especially with hospital culture , and thereby , result in undesirable phenomena , such as unac-customization and failure .Therefore, when introducing quality control circle as a novel administrative method , it is suggested that the administrators should carefully seek effective approaches and make it compatible with hospital culture, so as to constantly promote its vitality.In this way, the medical quality can be comprehensively improved .
