基于信息化手术室病理标本管理及送检流程优化

摘    要:目的:探讨手术室信息化管理系统在改善手术室病理标本管理及送检流程中的作用。方法比较采用传统纸质病理申请单和采用电子化病理信息录入、二维码打印等的信息化病理标本管理和送检流程,记录指标包括正确率、病理标签准确率、送检时间,并随机向外科医师发放问卷表,以评估信息化病理标本管理的满意程度。结果信息化的手术室病理标本管理及送检流程,明显优于传统纸质病理申请单为主的管理和流程,两组比较有显著性差异。外科医师对信息化手术室病理标本管理流程均为满意或较满意。结论信息化系统显著改进手术室病理标本管理和送检流程,简化病理标本的信息录入、登记和核对,降低差错的发生,实现病理标本的全程跟踪和动态管理,同时提高病理标本管理质量和手术医师的满意度。

Optimization of Quality Control and Transport Schedule of Pathological Specimen in Operating Room based on Informationized Management
Abstract:Objective To explore the role of informationized management of operating room in optimizing quality control and transport schedule of pathological specimen .Methods Prospective studies were performed be -tween traditional paper notification and electronic QR code used in quality control and transport schedule of the patho -logical specimen.Accuracy, preparation, error and the time of transport were recorded and compared .An anonymous mini -questionnaire was conducted to evaluate the satisfaction of surgeons regarding informationized management for the specimen quality control and transport schedule .Results Accuracy, label and the time of acceptance between operation schedule with paper notification and with electronic QR code show significant difference .Most surgeons were satisfied with the electronic notification .The overall evaluation ranked as excellent or good .Conclusion Infor-mationized management may not only greatly facilitate quality control and transport schedule of pathological specimen in operating room but also realize whole process tracing and dynamic management of the pathological specimen .Infor-mationized management improves efficiency and accuracy of operation , patients’safety, and surgeons’satisfaction.
