应用品管圈降低静脉留置穿刺重置率

目的：应用品管圈降低安全型静脉留置针穿刺重置率。方法成立品管圈活动小组，确立“减少特诊部护士安全型静脉留置针穿刺重置率”为活动主题，对特诊部护士安全型静脉留置针穿刺重置率进行基线调查，分析原因，制定目标，拟定实施对策，比较品管圈前后的效果。结果通过品管圈，调动特诊部护士工作积极性，特诊部护士安全型静脉留置针穿刺重置率明显变少，减少护患纠纷，使护理质量得到持续改进。结论开展品管圈活动可减少特诊部护士安全型静脉留置针穿刺重置率。

Application of Quality Control Circle on Reducing the Rate of IV Catheter Puncturing

Objective To explore the application and effect of quality control circle on reducing the rate of safety IV catheter puncturing in special clinic .Methods Through setting up the team of quality control circle and establishing the theme of “reducing the rate of safety IV catheter puncturing in special clinic”, we are going to con-duct a baseline survey on the present rate of safety IV catheter puncturing in special clinic and analyze the possible reasons and set corresponding strategies .Meantime, this study was aimed at exploring whether there are significant differences before and after QCC .Results The activity of QCC raises nurses ’working enthusiasm and reduced largely the rate of safety IV catheter puncturing in special clinic .Meanwhile , the activity of QCC lessons solved nurse-patient disputes successfully and improved the quality of care sustainably .Conclusion The activity of QCC effectively reduces the rate of safety IV catheter puncturing in special clinic .
