| 摘 要： | 通过对加州大学圣迭戈学院临床与转化研究所愿景使命、组织机构、教育培训、资金资助、研究协作等方面的介绍，为我国转化医学的建设发展提供参考。我国的转化医学研究刚刚起步，应该抓住机遇，充分借鉴国外成功经验，政府提供经费保障，规范建设流程，重视培训教育，人才培养，构建高效交流合作平台。

| Abstract: | This article introduced vision and mission , organization, education and training, funding, re-search alliance of UC San Diego Clinical and Translational Research Institute , in order to promote development of translational medicine in China.The translational medicine research has just started in China .We should seize the opportunity and fully draw lessons from foreign successful experience .The government should provide funds safe -guard, standardize the construction process , and attach great importance to the education cultivation and talent training, building effective communication and cooperation platform . |
