基于文献计量法分析某军队医院5年间医学论文发表情况

目的：分析2011—2015年医院发表医学论文情况，客观评价医院科研水平及学术影响力，为寻求竞争和发展先机提供支持。方法从本院医学图书馆调取5年间医务人员以第一作者身份发表的学术论文，采用文献计量法，对论文数量、质量及学科分布进行统计分析。结果5年间全院共发表医学论文949篇，其中SCI论文52篇（5．48％）；31～40岁本科学历的中级职称人员发表医学论文总数最大；发表SCI论文的主力人群是41～50岁博士学位的中级职称人员；国内期刊发表论文年均被引频次呈下降趋势；医院核心作者群初步形成；学科人均论文贡献率偏低；SCI论文年发表数量呈上升趋势。结论医院保持一定的科研创新实力和学术影响力，未来发展潜力大，但应正视存在问题，注重管理实效，促进学科协调发展。

Bibliometrical Analysis on the Current Research Status of Medical Papers in the Last 5 Years in a Military Hospital

Objective To analyze the situation of medical papers published in 2011-2015 , to objectively evaluate the level of scientific research and academic influence , and to provide support for the competition and de-velopment opportunities .Methods The published medical papers in the last 5 years were selcted from our library and the number and quality of papers and the distribution of subjects were analyzed .Results In the last 5 years, there were 949 papers published in our hospital , among which 52 were SCI (5.48%);these people aged between 31 and 40 years with a bachelor degree and intermediate technical titles published the largest number of medical pa -pers;the people aged between 41 and 50 years old with doctoral degree and intermediate technical titles were the main crowd publishing SCI papers;the average citation frequency of domestic periodical paper was decreasing;the core author group had formed; the contribution rate of subjects per capita paper is low; the number of published SCI papers was on the rise .Conclusion Hospital keeps a certain strength of scientific innovation and academic influence , and has a great potential for future development , but we should face the problems and focus on manage-ment effectiveness to promote the coordinated development of disciplines .
