摘 要: | 目的:探讨系统规范化培训在干部病房新入职护士带教中的应用效果。方法将2013年2月—2014年4月干部病房新入职的21名护士作为对照组,采用传统一对一带教方式带教3个月;2014年6月—2015年6月新分配、轮转到干部病房的20名护士作为观察组,采取规范选择带教老师,制定和严格执行新入职护士培训计划,建立个人技术档案的系统规范化培训方法;观察两组护士培训后的理论、操作考核成绩,以及临床护理服务满意度等。结果对照组理论考核成绩为63.24±2.84分,操作考核成绩为76.18±2.65分。经过为期4个月的系统规范化培训后,观察组理论考核成绩为84.57±3.17分,操作考核成绩为92.46±1.79分,独立上岗后护理服务满意度测评均达95.36±2.02分。规范化培训后的理论成绩、操作成绩、临床护理服务满意度均显著高于对照组(P <0.01)。结论通过系统规范化培训,提高干部病房新入职护士独立上岗后的工作能力,增强带教老师的责任心,显著提高干部病房护理质量和服务满意度。

Effects of Systematic and Standardized Training in Tutoring Newly Recruited Nurses |

Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of systematic and standardized training in tutoring newly re -cruited nurses of cadre ward.Methods The control group is composed of 21 nurses newly recruited to cadre ward from February 2013 to April 2014, to whom the traditional one -to -one teaching mode was applied for 3 months;the observation group is composed of 20 nurses newly recruited or rotated to cadre ward from June 2014 to June 2015, who were trained through systematic and standardized training , characterized by strict selection of tutors, rig-orous enforcement of training plans for new nurses , and establishment of personal technical records .The two groups were then observed, regarding their performance in theory examination and operation assessment and patients ’satis-faction rate of their clinical nursing service .Results As for the control group, the average score of theory exami-nation was 63.24 ±2.84 and the average score of operation assessment was 76.18 ±2.65; while as for the observa-tion group after 4 -month systematic and standardized training , the average score of theory examination was 84.57 ±3.17points, the average score of operation assessment was 92.46 ±1.79, and satisfaction rate of their independ-ent nursing service was 95.36 ±2.02.The average scores of both theory examination and operation assessment and the satisfaction rate of clinical nursing service of the observation group are significantly higher than those of the con -trol group(P <0.01).Conclusion The application of systematic and standardized training proves effective in im -proving independent working ability of the new nurses in cadre ward , enhancing tutors’teaching responsibility, and improving the quality and satisfaction rate of nursing service in cadre ward . |
