SWOT Analysis of Carrying out Comfortable Nursing in Military Convalescent Hospitals

This paper, through SWOT analytic method, makes a systematic analysis of the internal and ex -ternal conditions in carrying out comfortable nursing in military convalescent hospitals .The advantages in the inter-nal environment include consistency with regular law of self -development of convalescent hospitals , leaders’suffi-cient attention, complete rules and regulations and a team of outstanding nurses , while the disadvantages are re -stricted software and hardware, instability of young nurses, inadaptability to new science and profession .As for the external conditions, there are favorable opportunities, including consistency with the trend of the military reform and development, meeting the social demand for healthcare , and successful experiences for reference , while the unfavorable conditions are increasingly high expectations from the recuperating personnel , tendency flow of social talents, and lack of quantized objective judging criteria .This paper also suggests that comfortable nursing work be put into effect and the quality of nursing work be raised in the military convalescent hospitals by defining the guid -ing principles and adapting workable measures so as to develop in conformity with the social requirement , by estab-lishing platforms and unifying staff so as to create a favorable environment for work , by updating ideas and innova -ting methods so as to keep promoting the nursing quality , and by treasuring humanity and elaborating work so as to keep fulfilling the requirements for convalescence .
