摘 要: | 本文通过对医院人才柔性引进的SWOT分析认为,由于新疆社会环境和地理位置的特殊原因,以柔性引才的方式引进高层次人才,即以智力服务为核心,请进来和走出去,能够解决医院实际问题,对促进医院人才培养、提高科研能力和医疗技术水平有重要的意义。

Abstract: | With the SWOT analysis of flexible introduction of hospital personnel, due to the social environ-ment and geographical location of a specific reason, introduction of high-level talents in a flexible manner like as core in intelligence service, can solve the practical problems in hospitals.It is good to promote the cultivation of medical personnel, enhance research capacity and medical technology. |
