| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨通过信息化手段提高门诊患者专家预约率。方法分析影响专家预约率的各因素，并提出相应的解决对策。结果实施对策后，门诊专家预约率同比增长13．91％。结论通过信息化模式管理显著提高专家门诊预约率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore how to improve the rate of outpatient expert appointment by means of in-formatization .Methods Analyzing the factors affecting the rate of outpatient expert appointment and proposing cor -responding countermeasures .Results After the implementation of countermeasures , the rate of outpatient expert appointment has increased by 13 .91%.Conclusion The rate of outpatient expert appointment has been raised significantly by adopting the information management mode . |
