原发性高血压患者脂质过氧化MDA与SOD水平的变化研究

摘    要:目的探讨原发性高血压患者脂质过氧化过程中丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的变化。方法原发性高血压患者98例作为病例组,体检的健康者70例作为对照组。采用问卷调查形式收集调查对象的一般情况及高血压的发病、治疗和并发症等信息,取空腹静脉血液标本,硫代巴比妥酸法测定MDA,黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定SOD,并进行比较。结果病例组与对照组相比,病例组的MDA显著高于对照组,SOD显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),分层分析后发现,吸烟及随着LDL-c的增长,MDA逐步增加,而SOD逐步下降,差异均有统计学意义。结论原发性高血压与脂质过氧化损伤有关。

Study of MDA and SOD on essential hypertension during lipid peroxidation

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of malondialdehyde and superoxide dismutase in patients of essential hypertension(EH) during lipid peroxidation.Methods There were 98 patients with EH involved in the study and controlled with 70 healthy subjects.MDA and SOD were measured by thiobarbituric acid method and xanthinoxidase,respectively.Results MDA in EH group was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05),while SOD in EH group was lower than that in control group(P〈0.05).Smoking was correlated with increased LDL-c,MDA and decreased SOD.Conclusions Essential hypertension is closely related to damage of lipid peroxidation.
