宁波市医用诊断X线机防护状况调查与分析

摘    要:目的 调查宁波市属医疗单位医用诊断X线机防护状况。方法 调查各种X线机型号、容量、产地、出厂年月、检查用途和机房使用面积。对透视防护区、摄影机房控制室(台)及周围环境进行了X线辐射水平的监测。结果 透视防护区和摄影检查的控制室(台)测试点合格率分别为100%和99.03%,摄影机房周围环境的点超标率为25.74%,近半数X线机房面积未达到国家标准。结论 宁波市属医疗单位医用诊断X线的防护情况总体较好,而摄影时对机房周围环境影响和机房面积问题不容忽视,必须采取综合性防护措施。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the status of protection against medical diagnostic X ray in medical institution in Ningbo city.Methods The model, capacity, manufactory, date of production, the purpose of machine, and machine room floor area were surveyed. The level of radiation of X ray in the protective zone of fluoroscopy, the console of photograph, and circumference were detected.Results It showed that the qualification ratio in the protective zone of fluoroscopy, and the console of photography were 100% and 99.03% respectively. The over standard ratio of monitoring point in circumference was 25.74%. In addition, there were more than half of the machine floor area below the hygienic standard.Conclusion The general status of protection against medical X ray seemed to be acceptable. However, more attention should be paid to the effect of medical X ray on circumference and the floor area of machine.
