| 摘 要： | 目的观察雪卡毒素中毒的眼部特征.方法对27例雪卡毒素中毒病例询问症状,进行视力、屈光、眼电生理、视野及三叉神经传导速度的检测和随访.结果27例雪卡中毒病例中13例出现视物模糊,9例伴眼痛,但未发现眼肌麻痹、视神经及三叉神经损害.结论雪卡毒素轻度中毒病例可出现暂时性近视及眼痛症状.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate clinical feature in ocular symptoms in the patients with ciguatoxin poisoning.METHODS Clinical symptoms were inquired and their visual acuity, diopters, VEP and ERG, visual field, conduction of trigeminal nerve were examined and followed up in twenty-seven patients. RESULTS Blurring occurred in 13 patients of 27, ocular muscle palsy, optic nerve and trigeminal nerve damage did not occur.CONCLUSIONS Temporary myopia and ocular pain can occurred in patients with poisoning of mild ciguatoxin. |
