着眼军队医院面临的新形势和新任务，作者从更新发展理念、明确发展目标、理清建设思路，把好医院建设的“方向盘”；统筹资源，内涵发展、打造学科群体，引进培养人才，破解制约医院发展的“瓶颈”；创新为部队服务模式、医院文化理念、经济管理机制，为医院建设发展提供有力的“助推器”；加强安全管理，为医院建设发展筑牢“防火墙”等方面；介绍了坚持以科学发展观统揽医院建设，推动医院建设创新发展的实践经验。

Studying and Practicing Scientific Development View to Promote Military Hospital Innovative Development

Focusing on new situations and assignments which the military hospitals are facing to, the author intro-duced some experiences to innovate and develop hospital guided by scientific development view in four aspects： classifying development orientation as “rudder” in terms of idea, aid and tactic ; solving the bottle - neck of devel- opment of hospital ; innovating mechanisms of serving the army, hospital culture and economy management as “roll booster” of hospital development; fortifying safety management as “Fire Wall” of hospital development.
