| 摘 要： | 目的 比较奎硫平与奋乃静治疗老年器质性精神障碍的疗效和安全性.方法 将96例老年器质性精神障碍患者,随机分为奎硫平组和奋乃静组,分别给予奎硫平和奋乃静治疗,疗程6周,于治疗前和治疗第2、4、6周末进行简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评定疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应.结果 奎硫平与奋乃静的临床疗效相仿,奎硫平不良反应少而轻. 结论 奎硫平对老年器质性精神障碍有较好的疗效和安全性.

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of quetiapine and perhenazine in the treatment of elderly brain organic mental disorders. Methods 96 patients of elderly brain organic mental disorders were divided into quetiapine group or per phenazine group respectively for 6 weeks. BPRS and TESS were adopted to two groups to evaluate the efficacy and side effects before and after 2, 4 and 6 weeks of the treatment. Results The efficacy Of quetiapine and perphenazine had no significant difference, but quetiapine had fewer side effects. Conclusion Quetiapine is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of aged brain organic mental disorders. |
