| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效；方法采用益肝方与抗-HBIRN治疗慢性乙型肝炎60例并与单纯西药HBIRNA治疗组30例作对出观察并做出统计学处理；结果治疗组总有效率为93.3％，对照组总有效率为63．3％，治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；结论中西结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎，具有疗效高的优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect ofYiganfangcombined with anti-HBIRNA treating the patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods Sixty patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated by Yiganfang combined with anti-HBIRNA,thirty cases only treated by anti-HBIRNA served as the control group. Results The total response rate of therapeutic group (93.3%) was obviously higher than that of the control(63.3%).(P<0.05) Conclusion:There is a better curative effect that the patients with chronic hepatitis B are treated by Yiganfang combined with anti-HBIRNA. |
