电刺激配合常规康复治疗急性脑梗死偏瘫疗效观察

目的：观察电刺激配合常规康复治疗急性脑梗死偏瘫患者运动障碍的疗效。方法：60例脑梗死偏瘫患者随机分为实验组（30例）与对照组（30例），实验组采用电刺激及常规康复治疗，对照组仅接受常规康复治疗，分别于治疗前和治疗后3周进行偏瘫肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力（ADL）的评定。结果：实验组治疗后偏瘫肢体运动功能和ADL改善情况优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：早期康复结合电刺激综合治疗急性脑梗死偏瘫病人对提高偏瘫病人肢体运动功能和ADL有显著疗效。

The effectiveness of electrotherapeutic combined with regular rehabilitation treatment on hemiparalysis in acute cerebral infarction

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of electrotherapeutic combined with regular rehabilitation treatment on hemiparalysis in acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction with hemiparalysis were divided randomly into experiment group(n=30) and control group(n=30).Electrotherapeutic combined with early regular rehabilitation training were applied in experiment group.The early regular rehabilitation training were applied in control group.The motor function and ADL of all patients was assessed before and three week after treatment.Results:After treatment,the motor function and ADL of the experiment group were superior to that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment could improve the motor function and ADL for patients with acute cerebral infarction.
