康复体位护理及肠内营养干预对急性脑卒中患者并发症的影响

目的探讨早期康复体位护理及肠内营养干预对急性脑卒中患者发生并发症的影响。方法将我院神经内科2002年11月~2007年6月收治的61例首发脑卒中患者分成两组,实验组31例为康复体位及早期肠内营养护理组;对照组30例为常规护理组。观察两组患者住院1个月内发生医院感染、偏瘫肢体后遗症(肩痛、肩关节半脱位、肩手综合征、肢体痉挛)等并发症的情况。结果两组肩痛、肩关节半脱位、肩手综合征、下呼吸道感染及并发症总数差异有显著性意义(χ2=5.28、3.99、4.79、6.14、14.47、P<0.05)。结论早期康复体位护理及肠内营养干预能有效地降低脑卒中患者并发症的发生率,改善预后。

Effort of rehabilitation body position nursing and enteral nutrition Interference for patients with complication of acute strioke

Objective To evaluate the measures of rehabilitation body position nursing and enteral nutrition interference for patients with complication of acute stroke. Method 61 patients of first attacked acute stroke suffers in our Stroke Unit from Nov.2002 to June 2007 were selected for the study,31 of them as the experimental group,rehabilitation body position nursing and enteral nutrition interference was conducted for them once they were hospitalized,and the others as the control group.The occurrence of complication,such as nosocomial infection,omalgia,subluxation of shoulder,shoulder hand syndrome,limbs spasm were compared between the two groups within one months.Result There were significant difference in the occurrence rate of nosocomial infection,omalgia,subluxation of shoulder,shoulder hand syndrome and the total numbers of complication(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the occurrence of upper limbs spasm and lower limbs spasm(P>0.05).Conclusion Early body position nursing and enteral nutrition interference might effectively reduce the occurrence of stroke suffers' complication and improve the rehabilitation..
