黑龙江省成年女性双颌前突患者颅面生长发育的特征研究

目的研究黑龙江省成年女性双颌前突患者颅颌硬组织的特征性改变。方法选择65例双颌前突面型的成年女性患者的原始记存模型及X线头颅侧位片,通过对能描述颅颌牙齿一定生长特征的数据项目的测量及比较研究,寻找颅颌硬组织方面的规律性改变。结果X线片头影测量分析中有16项(包括SNA,Y轴角等),模型分析中有7项(包括上下颌第一恒磨牙间牙弓宽度及牙冠宽度和等)测量数据与北京地区正常人参考值有显著性差异。结论多数黑龙江成年女性双颌前突患者呈现上颌骨性、下颌牙性前突,下颌顺时针旋转趋势,上下颌磨牙区牙弓宽度窄,牙弓长度大,牙冠宽度偏大的特征性改变。

Characteristic study of craniofacial growth and development of females with bimaxillary protrusion in Heilongjiang Province

Objective To study the characteristic changes of craniofacial hard tissues in the adult female patients with bimaxillary protrusion in Heilongjiang Province. Methods The study sample consisted of 65 adult female patients with bimaxillary protrusion. Dental and radiographic landmarks were compared with the normal. Results Compared with the normal in Beijing, there were significant differences among cephalometric analyses(16-item measured data) and model analyses(7-item measured data ).Conclusion Most of the adult female patients with bimaxillary protrusion in Heilongjiang Province have been found to have significantly skeletal protrusion in maxillary and dental protrusion in mandibula, narrower arch width, longer arch length and larger crown in both maxillas and mandibules. The mandibles of the subjects were rotated clockwise.
