| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨喉癌组织中HSP70与c-fos蛋白表达的相关性，方法：采用免疫组织化学SABC法，并应用统计学方法对两者相关性进行分析。结果：在喉癌组织中，HSP70与c-fos蛋白阳性等级有显著相关性，结论：在喉癌组织中，两者间的表达具有明显的相关性，HSP70表达可能与喉癌细胞的增殖相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the relation of expression of HSP 70 with that of c fos in laryngocarcinoma.Methods:The expressions of HSP70 and c fos were detected with immunochemical SABC method.Results:There was a correlation between the positive grades of expressions of HSP70 and c fos ( P <0 01).Conclusion:There exists relation between expressions of HSP70 and c fos in laryngocarcinoma,and HSP70 may play a role in cell proliferation |
