SIR, We read with interest the article by Haynes et al. 1]reporting the expression of osteoprotegerin (OPG) and receptoractivator of nuclear factor B ligand (RANKL) in synovial tissuesfrom patients with arthritis, including rheumatoid arthritis(RA).
