| 摘 要： | 比较了7种M胆碱受体拮抗剂阻滞大鼠腮腺、豚鼠回肠、小鼠疃孔、大鼠心脏的作用强度,结果不支持肋腺M受体属于不同亚型的设想。7种M受体拮抗齐中QNB阳滞腮腺,回肠、瞳孔M胆碱受体的强度中等,B—7601甚弱;但QNE和B—7601阻滞心脏M胆碱受体的作用为最强,出现作用强度次序的倒转现象。表明QNE和B—7601对大鼠心脏M胆碱受体的阻滞作用具有一定的专一性,支持心脏M胆碱受体可能属于不同亚型的设想。

| Abstract: | The comparative effects of atropine, scopolamine, benzhexol, QNB (3 qu- inuclidinyl benzilate), M-8225, M-8218 and B-7601 on the inhibition of pa- rotid secretion of rabbit, ileum contraction of guinea-pig, pupil constriction of mouse and heart beating of rat were studied.The inhibitory effects of QNB and B-7601 were the strongest in repect of heart beating but weaker in parotid secretion, ileum contraction and pupil constricticn. Therefore, the oder of eff- icacies of this drug series in heart beating was inversed as compared with that in parotid secretion, ileum contraction and pupil constriction. It seems that QNB and B-7601 may be specific for rat heart and the M-cholinergic rece- ptor of rat heart may be different from that of rat parotid gland, guinea pig ilenm and monse pupil sphinctor. |
