急性白血病出血的中医论治

温热邪毒是引起急性白血病出血的主要原因 ;药伤正气 ,气虚不摄血 ,阴虚阳亢 ,虚火动血也常导致该病出血 ;情志过极、过食醇酒厚味以及劳倦过度是常见诱因。其病机复杂 ,常是多种病机的综合表现 ;出血易致气血虚弱 ,津液阴精耗伤 ,易致瘀血的产生。治疗应抓主因 ,定主法 ,多法联用 ;同时注意止血后调治 ,未病先防 ,防止再发出血。
