摘    要:目的:通过观察健脾化痰、活血通络(健脾)与补肾壮骨、活血通络(补肾)2种不同治法方药对激素性股骨头坏死鸡成骨因子骨形成蛋白(BMP)2、转化生长因子(TGF)β1及其下游蛋白Smads的影响,比较探讨其防治股骨头坏死的作用机制.方法:48只来杭鸡经胸肌注射甲基氢化泼尼松建立激素性股骨头坏死模型后,随机分为模型组、健脾组和补肾组,另16只来杭鸡设为正常对照组,4个实验组在造模同时分别灌胃生理盐水和相应中药.给药8周和16周后取双侧股骨头,免疫组织化学法检测BMP2,TGFβ1和Smad4,7蛋白表达.结果:与正常组相比,模型组股骨头BMP2,TGFβ1和Smad4阳性细胞计数显著减少、Smad7明显增加;与模型组相比,健脾组8周时BMP2,TGFβ1和Smad4阳性细胞计数显著增多、Smad7明显减少,与补肾组在16周时的作用相类似.结论:健脾与补肾2种不同治法方药均能通过调节股骨头内成骨因子BMP2,TGFβ1和Smad4,7蛋白表达来促进股骨头的修复,防治股骨头坏死;健脾方药比补肾方药起效时间更早.
