思密达和叶酸治疗小儿秋季腹泻60例

目的 :观察思密达和叶酸治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法 :选择我院住院患儿 118例。随机分为两组 ,治疗组 6 0例 ,两组患儿均给予思密达 ,小于 1岁每次服 1g ,1～ 2岁服 1 5g ,大于 2岁服 3g ,每日 3次 ,治疗组加服叶酸片 5mg/次 ,每日 3次 ,治疗组服叶酸 1小时后再服思密达 ,两组均以 3天为一疗程。结果 :治疗组总有效率95 % ;对照组 74 14 % ,两组疗效比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :思密达和叶酸治疗小儿秋季腹泻较单纯思密达治疗效果显著。

60 cases of treatment infantile autumn diarrheawith Smecta and folic acid

Objective: Observe the curative effect of treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea with Smecta and folic acid.Methods: Classify 118 cases of clinical infantile sufferers as selected in our hospital as two groups.60(n=60) cases are classied into the treatment group.Sufferers in such two groups assigned with Smecta each for three times daily.It is necessary to require 1 g for ages <1.1.5 g for ages from 1 to 2.3 g for ages >2.For treatment group folic acid 5 mg shall be administrated additionally for three times daily one hour later.Smelta shall be required oral administration.Three days shall be taken as one treament period for both groups.Results: Total efficinecy shall be up to 95%,for treatment group and 74.14% for control group,it is of obvious difference between suth two groups in treatment ( P <0.01).Conclusion: treatment Infantile autumn diarrhea with Smecta and folic acid boasts more remarkable curative effect than pure with Smecta.
