肾盂输尿管重复畸形的CT特征及其扫描方法

目的探讨肾盂输尿管重复畸形的轴位CT特征及其扫描方法。方法对经临床及影像学证实的18例肾盂输尿管重复畸形进行回顾性分析。结果肾盂输尿管重复畸形的轴位平扫CT特征有:蒙面征、双侧肾实质交替增厚(肾盂肾盏偏位)征、同层双肾盂征、双肾蒂征、输尿管异位征及膀胱囊中囊征象;轴位增强CT特征有:完全或不完全双输尿管征及内髓质征。结论肾盂输尿管重复畸形具有一定的CT特征,合理应用扫描参数,特别是<5 mm的薄层扫描是显示该畸形的必要条件。

Duplicitas of Renal Pelvis and Ureter: CT Findings and Scanning Techniques

Objective To explore the CT findings and scanning techniques of duplicitas of renal pelvis and ureter.Methods 18 cases of duplicitas of renal pelvis and ureter confirmed by clinic or imaging examination were analyzed retrospectively.Results On axial plain CT,the imaging signs were"faceless" renal appearance in the junction of fused poles,asymmetry thickness of renal parenchyma,double pelvis in the same slice,double renal pedicels,ectopic ureter orifice and snake's head sign of ureterocele.On axial enhanced CT,the imaging signs were complete or partial duplication of ureter and additional medulla inside the normal medulla ring.Conclusion Duplicitas of renal pelvisand ureter has some CT characteristics,in showing those characteristics,right scanning parameter,especially slice thickness<5mm arenecessary requirements.
