万托林、普米克令舒治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察万托林、普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法:将88例毛细支气管炎患儿,随机分为治疗组(n=44)和对照组(n=44)。治疗组采用雾化吸入万托林、普米克令舒;对照组采用氨茶碱+地塞米松静脉滴注。观察两组患儿治疗后主要症状、体征变化及住院时间的差异。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组在患儿体温恢复正常时间、喘憋缓解、咳嗽消失时间、哮鸣音及湿性啰音消失时间及住院时间上均缩短,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),且不良反应明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:万托林、普米克令舒氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效显著,不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of inhalation of Ventolin combined with Pulmicort respules in bronchiolitis.Method A total of 88 children patients with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=44) was given oxygen-driven atomizier inhalation of Ventolin and Pulmicort respules,while the control group(n=44) was given aminophyline and dexamethasone intravenous drip.The main clinical symptoms,physical signs and the durations of hospitalization were observed in both groups.Results Compare with the control group,the time of body temperature returning to normal,asthma relieving,cough,wheezing and moist rale disappearing,and the stay-in-hospital time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P〈0.01).Further more,the treatment group had less adverse reactions than the control group.Conclusion Using oxygen-driven atomizier inhalation of Bentolin combined with Pulmicort respules in bronchiolitis in children is effective and safe,which deserves to be applied broadly.It is worth clinical application.
