| 摘 要： | 目的 总结经皮半月神经节射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛的疗效及治疗经验。方法 对26例三叉神经痛的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 术后即刻疗效：优良22例，良好2例，无效2例，总有效率92．3％，无严重并发症。结论 经皮半月神经节射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛疗效肯定、安全可靠、操作简单，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | objective To analyse the treatment results of selective pereutaneous radiofrequaney thermoeoagulation for the treatment of trlgemlnal neuralgia.Methods Clinical data of 26 eases with trigeminal neuralgia were analyzed retrospectively. Results Pain alleviation immediately but no serious complication occurred in all of the patients. The effective rate was 92.3%. Conclusion Selective percutaneous radiofrequency thermoeoagulation is a safe and effective way for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. |
