| 摘 要： | 用小鼠T淋巴细胞白血病(L_(615))为实验动物模型,对狼毒浸出液(YF-1)的抗白血病作用进行了初步研究.结果表明,实验组和对照组的平均存活时间分别为16.3d和9.5d,实验组明显长于对照组(P<0.01);中和试验实验组和对照组的平均存活时间分别为19.3d和9.9d,对照组中没有长期存活的小鼠,实验组则有40%的小鼠长期存活,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01).提示YF-1对L(615)细胞有较强的抑制或(和)杀伤作用,能够对抗和抑制白血病的发生与发展.

| Abstract: | Using mice as an animal model, we studied the therapeutic effects of YF-1 (a Chinese traditional medicine )on L650 leukemia. The results showed that the mean survival time of the test group and that of the contral group were 16.3d and 9.5d respectively, showing a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). In Winn Assay, the survival time was 19.3d and 9.9d respectively, no mice in the contral group had a long survival time in sharp contrast with the test group which had a long survival rate of 40% ( P<0.01 ) . The suggestion was that YF-1 had a strong action aganist L615 and can counteract and inhibit the occurrence and developmeent of the disease. |
