住院科室医疗工作质量综合月评价研究

目的 建立住院科室医疗工作质量常规月评价系统，把医疗质量的评估、监测和改进融入日常目标管理制度中。方法 从医疗环节和医疗结果两方面，对医疗、护理工作环节质控标准检查的评分以及各科综合目标值在诊疗质量、工作强度、经济效益三方面完成的终末结果，应用秩和比法进行评价和比较。结果 计算出各科室医疗工作质量的环节指数、结果指数以及综合指数和排位，并指出了各科室需要改进的问题，建立了定量的月评价系统。结论 此系统简单易行，可操作性强，结果较客观合理，有效地促进了目标管理的检查评价和医疗工作质量的管理、改进与提高。

Evaluation of Medical Working Quality of Inpatient Department

Objective To establish a system for evaluating sections medical quality of inpatient department every month. Methods Based on the results of the examination on the medical and nursing work, and the ends on diagnosing and treating quality, working intensity and profit, this essay is an attempt to perform the evaluation by the Rank Sum Ratio. Results It is reached to establish the system for calculating a comprehensive index and degree of sections medical working quality and for directing improving indexes, and to combine the evaluation and the improvement of the medical working quality with the target management every month. Conclusion The evaluation system tends to be simple and useful, and its result tends to be objective and adoptable, thus presenting its feasibility of popularization in promoting the sections target management and medical quality management.
