老年人糖尿病眼部并发症临床观察

目的 探讨老年人糖尿病的眼部并发症.方法 通过105例老年人糖尿病眼部并发症临床病历观察.结果 认为该病对视功能损害极为严重,其中主要为白内障和视网膜病变.如眼底出血、微血管瘤、水肿、新生血管等病变.结论 糖尿病视网膜病变的发生机理,可能为视网膜组织解剖生理独特,加上老年人动脉血管硬化致血液循环障碍,组织缺血、缺氧,从而视网膜-血屏障受损害.

Clinical Observation for Ocular Complication of Old People''''s Diabetes

Objective To discuss the ocular complication of old people's diabetes.Methods Through the clinical observation of 105 cases,who had the ocular complication of old people's diabetes.Results The disease can cause badly damage to the sightness,like cataract and retinopathy.Conclusion The reason for diabetes retinopathy may be the peculiarity of the retina anatomical physiology,besides old people's arterial sclerosis causes the blood disturbance of circulation,constitution lacking of blood and anoxia,it causes damage to the retina-blood.
