宫腔镜下输卵管口插管通液术在不孕症诊治中的应用

目的　探讨宫腔镜下输卵管口插管通液术诊断不孕症妇女输卵管通畅性的效果。　方法　采用Olympus公司生产的硬镜系列 ,对 10 6例不孕症 ,行宫腔镜下输卵管口插管通液术。　结果　 10 6例中输卵管双侧通畅的占 2 1 7% (2 3 10 6 ) ,双侧不通的占 33% (35 10 6 ) ,双侧通而不畅的占 13 2 % (14 10 6 )。发现宫腔异常 2 8例 ,占 2 6 4 % (2 8 10 6 ) ,其中双侧不通 2 2例行腹腔镜检查 ,其符合率为 10 0 %。　结论　宫腔镜下输卵管口插管通液其全过程均在直视下进行 ,安全、可靠、诊断率高。

The application of fluid infusion of fallopian tubes under hysteroscope in diagnosis and therapy of infertility

Objective To evaluate the results of diagnosing the fallopian tube's patency of patients with infertility by fluid infusion of fallopian tubes under hysteroscope. Methods 106 cases of infertility underwent fluid infusion of fallopian tubes under hysteroscope. Results Out of 106 cases both sides of unobstructed fallopian tubes were 21.7%(23/106). Neither side of free fallopian tubes was 33%(35/106). Both sides of partial obstructed fallopian tubes were 13.2%(14/106). Abnormal uterine cavity was found in 28 cases ( 26.4%,28/106). 22 cases who had neither side of free fallopian tubes were determined by laparoscope, and the coincident rate was 100%. Conclusions Fluid infusion of fallopian tubes under hysteroscope is safe, credible and higher accuracy.
