严重急性呼吸综合征患者CK、LD升高的原因探讨

目的 探讨严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)病程中肌酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LD)活性和心电图(ECG)的变化规律及其原因。方法 分析总结125例临床资料完整的SARS患者病程中CK、LD的变化规律以及CK与发热、LD与肺损害之间的关系。并对SARS患者发热期和恢复期心电图(ECG)改变进行回顾性分析。结果 半数以上的SARS患者发热期的血清CK活性明显升高，退热后一周内即可恢复正常。SARS患者血清LD活性升高与肺损害呈明显相关。仅有16．8％患者心电图有一过性改变。结论 SARS患者CK和LD呈一过性的增高，与病情有较好的相关性，应注意甄别是否心肌损伤所致。

Clinical Analysis of Elevation of CK&LD in Patients with SARS

Objective This article is an attempt to explore the rule of change of CK,LD and ECG inthe course of SARS. Method By analyzing the range of CK and LD change in 125 SARS patients in the courseof the disease, as well as the relationships between CK and fever, LD and damage to lungs, on the basisof complete clinical materials. Result Active CK in serum of the SARS patients rose dramatically whenthey were running high fevers, and yet, the CK level returned to normal a week after the fever was gone.There exhibited a noticeable co-relation between the increase of LD level in serum of the SARS patientsand the extent of damage to the lungs. Conclusion There was a link between CK&LD level and the changeof sign.accordingly, damage to cardiac muscles might be the cause.
