| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨后牙纵折的保存治疗效果。方法: 对27例纵折牙均采用结扎丝环扎固定,并进行根管治疗后加以全冠修复。结果: 27例纵折牙保存经2年随访观察,2例失败后拔除,25例成功,保存治疗成功率达92.59%。结论: 纵折后牙经早期固定,完善治疗可以有效保存,并发挥咀嚼功能。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the conservative treatment and therapeutic results of longitudinal fractures of the posterior teeth. Methods: Twenty-seven patients were all treated by fixing with ligature, root canal therapy and finally crown restoration. Results: All the patients were followed up for 2 years. The teeth were extracted due to failure in two patients while 25 patients were treated conservatively and effectively with the rate of success at 92.59%. Conclusions: With fixed early and appropriate treatment, the teeth can be conserved effectively and have good masticatory function. |
