心脏瓣膜置换术前健康教育方法探讨

摘    要:目的探讨人工心脏瓣膜置换术前不同健康教育方法的效果.方法将140例接受人工心脏瓣膜置换病人随机分为观察组(72例)和对照组(68例),分别实施有针对性的健康教育和常规健康教育.结果观察组术后入住ICU期间出现的护理问题较对照组少(P<0.05),主动配合治疗程度,PT延长发生率,监护时间、术后住院时间均明显偏短(P<0.01).结论有针对性健康教育能使病人更加配合治疗,有效预防术后并发症,减少住院时间,促进术后康复,对手术治疗起到重要作用.

Abstract:Objective To explore the method of preoperative health education to patients with heart valves replacement. Methods One hundred and fourty patients received heart valves replacement were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Targeted health education and routine heath education were carried out for the two groups, respectively.Results The patients in the experimental group had less psychological problems and were actively involved in the treatment.The incidence of prolonged PT,monitoring time, hospital stay after operation were significantly shortened ( P <0.01).Conclusion Targeted preoperative health education could help patients to be actively involved in treatment, effectively prevent postoperative complications, reduce hospital stay time and accelerate rehabilitation.
