中学生网络成瘾的家庭关怀和应对方式研究

摘    要:目的探讨网络成瘾中学生的家庭功能和应对方式的特征,为其家庭干预提供依据。方法 1450名中学生被试完成Young网络成瘾诊断问卷、家庭关怀度指数量表、简易应对方式量表的评定。结果发现有112名中学生符合网络成瘾诊断标准,其中男生80名,女生32名。网络成瘾组中67.9%家庭有不同程度的功能障碍,积极的应对维度分(1.38±0.68)低于非网络成瘾组(1.75±0.72),差异有统计学意义(t=3.95,P0.01)。家庭功能越好,积极应对维度分越高,严重家庭功能障碍组的积极应对维度分明显低于另外两组(F=6.05,P0.01)。结论在对网络成瘾中学生进行干预时,应充分考虑到家庭因素,着重培养情感交流的能力,促进家庭的适应性及变通性;同时要加强应对困难的培训,提倡更多采用问题解决和求助的积极应对方式。

Study on Family Care and Coping Style of Middle School Students with Internet Addiction

Abstract:Objective To explore the characteristics of family functioning and coping style among middle school students with interact addiction in order to provide evidence for family intervention. Methods 1450 middle school students were tested with the Young's Internet Addiction Diagnostic Questionnaire, the family APGAR index, and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. Results There were 112 students meeting the diagnostic criteria of internet addiction, of whom 80 eases were male and 32 cases were female. In the intemet addiction group, 67. 9% households have varying degrees of dysfunction. The dimension scores of positive coping in the internet addiction group ( 1.38 ±0. 68) were lower than those in non - internet addiction group ( 1.75 ±0. 72) and the difference was statistically significant ( t = 3.95, P 〈 0. 01 ) . The dimension scores of the positive coping in severe family dysfunction group were significantly lower than the other two groups ( F = 6.05, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The intervention to middle school students with internet addiction should take family factors into consideration. Emotional expression among family members should be cultivated to improve the adaptability and flexibility of the family. At the same time, it is helpful to strengthen training for response to difficulties and promote active coping style such as problem solving and help seeking.
