摘    要:雌性小鼠孕6到15天时给予苯(100mg/m~3)、甲苯(1000mg/m~3)及二甲苯1000mg/m~3)混合吸入染毒,胎鼠生长发育、形态结构及骨骼发育未见明显异常;出生仔鼠生后3周体重增长明显低于对照组,雄住仔鼠四肢肌力及协调运动发育较对照组显著延迟,雌性仔鼠兴奋性显著高于对照组。提示孕鼠器官发生期给予苯系混合物染毒,其仔代末见结构异常,但出现一定程度的行为改变。

Abstract:Pregnant female mice were exposed to the mixture of Benzene ( 100mg/m3), Toluene ( l000mg/ m3 ) and Xylene ( 1000mg/m3 ) on days 6-15 of gestation. External, visceral, and skeletal malformation were not found in the fetuses. However, the weight of the offspring in exposed group at 3 weeks was significantly lower than that of control group. The limb strength development in the male offspring of exposed group was significantly retarded. The excitability in female offspring of expo-sedgroup was significantly enhanced. There was no effects on DNA synthesis of bone marrow cells of offspring in exposed group. The adverse effects of the mixture of Benzene, Toluene and Xylene on the behavioral development of offspring were found, but the teratogenicity was not found.
