| 摘 要： | 通过对护理措施实施与记录的探讨,提出表格式护理措施记录单,认为该记录单不仅可以节省护理人员书写时间,传达有关病人健康护理的信息,提供连续性护理,作为专科护理指引和促进护理科研发展,而且有利于举证。

| Abstract: | The authors explored the nursing interventions and records and brought forward recording nursing interventions in forms. It was suggested that the nursing intervention record forms not only can deliver informations about the patients' health status and the services given by nurses to assure the continuity of nursing care, but also can direct special clinic nursing and promote nursing researches in the article. Above all, the nursing intervention record forms are of great benefit to quoting. |
