超选择性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗产后出血疗效观察

目的探讨超选择性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗产后出血的疗效及并发症。方法 2010年9月～2012年9月对12例难治性产后出血的患者通过数字减影血管造影技术(DSA)明确出血部位后,行超选择性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗。结果 11例产妇栓塞后立即止血,1例术后1天又有阴道流血,12例产妇出现不同程度的臀部及会阴部疼痛,11例患者有轻度发热。结论超选择性子宫动脉栓塞术具有操作简单、手术时间短、创伤小、风险低、并发症少、止血快的优点,可作为治疗难治性产后大出血的首选方法。

Super-selective uterine artery embolization for postpartum hemorrhage

- Objective To investigate the efficacy of super-selective uterine artery embolization for postpartum hemorrhage and its complications. Method 12 cases of patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage between September 2010 and Sep- tember 2012, after their bleeding sites were positioned by digital subtraction angiography （DSA） , underwent super-selective u- terine artery embolization. Results 11 cases of delivery woman with embolism immediately stopped bleeding. Vaginal bleeding occurred in one case one day after the surgery. All the 12 cases developed various degrees of buttock and perineum pain. 11 pa- tients had mild fever. Conclusion Super-selective uterine artery embolization has the advantages of easier operation, shorter operation time, smaller trauma, lower risk,fewer complications and being faster in stopping bleeding. It is worthy to be recom- mended as the suitable method for refractory postpartum hemorrhage.
