摘    要:目的探讨下肢单纯性大隐静脉曲张的微创治疗。方法 2008年1月~2011年12月我科收治的单纯性大隐静脉曲张患者52例,共58条患肢,均采用大隐静脉顺行抽剥联合曲张的浅静脉点状剥脱术,对其临床资料进行分析。结果经此术后患者曲张静脉消失,3例患者大腿内侧皮下出现淤血硬结,经2~3周治疗后可吸收消失,其余患者均经10~12 d左右的治疗顺利康复。术后随访2~3年,无复发病例。结论大隐静脉顺行抽剥联合曲张的浅静脉点状剥脱术治疗单纯性大隐静脉曲张是一种疗效确切的微创手术治疗方法,但要严格掌握手术适应证。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the minimally invasive treatment of simple varicosity of great saphenous vein in lower extremities. Methods 52 cases (58 limbs ) of simple varicosity of greater saphenous vein admitted by our department from January 2008 to December 2011 were collected and assessed. All the cases underwent antegrade denudation combined with pointed phlebectomy for varicosis of great saphenous vein. The clinical data were analyzed. Results All varicosity of veins dis- appeared after the operation. Three cases developed subcutaneous congestion induration on inner thighs, which was absorbed 2 ~ 3 weeks after the treatment. The remaining other patients rehabilitated successfully 10 - 12 days after the operation. All pa- tients were followed up for 2 ~ 3 years with no occurrence of relapse. Conclusion Antegrade denudation combined with point- ed phlebectomy for the treatment of simple varicosity of great saphenous vein is an effective and precise minimally invasive ap- proach,but surgery indications must be observed closely and adhered to strictly.
