| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肌电生物反馈疗法对脑梗死患者运动障碍及心理障碍恢复的有效性。方法脑梗死患者120例,分为研究组60例和对照组60例,均给予常规药物治疗,研究组增加肌电生物反馈疗法。治疗前后均采用神经功能缺损程度评分、功能独立测定评分、自尊及人际行为评定量表、情绪状态量表检测。结果经过平均1个月的治疗,与治疗前及对照组比较,研究组神经功能缺损程度评分、功能独立评分、自尊及人际行为评定量表中的个性、表现/社会接纳程度、恢复能力/稳定性、自主性、存在价值评分及总分明显提高(P<0.05),情绪状态量表中紧张-焦虑、愤怒-敌对、疲劳-无力评分及总分明显降低(P<0.05)。结论肌电生物反馈疗法结合常规药物治疗明显改善脑梗死患者的运动障碍、心理障碍。 |
