| 摘 要： | 目的：检测eIF4E与FHIT在下咽癌中的表达，探讨二者与下咽癌的关系及其相互之间的内在关系。方法：用免疫组化法检测43例下咽癌组织，30例下咽癌切缘，20例正常黏膜组织中eIF4E与FHIT基因蛋白的表达。结果：eIF4E与FHIT在下咽癌中表达的阳性率分别为95．3％，34．9％。eIF4E显著高于对照组，FHIT显著低于对照组。结论：过度表达的eIF4E是下咽癌恶性改变及判断其恶性程度的分子标志；FHIT。的低表达与下咽癌的生长及恶性程度相关；二者在下咽癌的表达呈负相关，为下咽癌的治疗提供了理论基础和临床指导。

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the expression and correlation of eIF4E,FHIT in hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: By immunohistochemistry method(s-p), the expression of eIF4E,FHIT proteins were investigated in 43 cases of hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma 30 cases of pathological negative margins and 20 cases of normal mucosa. Results:41 of 43 patients (95.3%)over expressed eIF4E in the hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma,15 of 43 patients(34.9%) expressed FHIT . The results showed that eIF4E expression in the hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma was remarkably higher than that in the normal mucosa .FHIT expression in the hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma was remarkably lower than that in the normal mucosa.Conclusion: Over expression of eIF4E may be a molecular marker of malignant transformation and progression .The lower expression of FHIT show significant correlation with malignacy progression. |
