派丽奥软膏辅助治疗慢性牙周炎疗效观察

目的观察派丽奥软膏辅助治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法将临床57例牙周病患者216个患牙采用随机对照法分成基础治疗对照组和基础治疗加派丽奥软膏的试验组，记录治疗前后的牙龈指数（GI）、牙周袋探诊深度（PD）、牙周附着水平（AL）和龈沟出血指数（SBI）等指标并进行分析。结果两组治疗前无显著性差异，治疗后第4周、第8周检测指标两组均有显著性差异，两组治疗后与基线相比较有显著性差异。结论派丽奥能提高慢性牙周炎治疗的效果，是值得推广的牙周炎局部治疗药物。

A clinical study of Perioeline on the treatment of chronic periodontitis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Periocline on the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods 216 teeth from 57 cases suffering from periodontitis were selected. The teeth were randomly divided into test group and control group. Following initial therapy, Periocline was applied to the teeth in the test group at baseline and 1 to 4 weeks, but the control group received no drug. The clinical indices including gingival index（GI） ,probing depth（PD） , periodontal attachment level （AL） and sulcus bleeding index （SBI） and response to the ointments were evaluated at baseline and 4,8 weeks after treatment. Results At the baseline, there was no significant difference in the indices between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, both groups showed improvement in their examined indices （ P 〈 0.05 ） , while there was significant diference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Periocline was effective and secure local delivery drug for treating periodontitis.
