| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结核分枝杆菌重组融合蛋白CFP 10-ESAT 6用于结核病血清学诊断的价值。方法分别用CFP 10-ESAT 6、ESAT 6和PPD检测220例确诊的结核病患者血清、30例非结核病呼吸系统疾病患者血清和50例健康人血清。结果rCFP 10-ESAT 6、rESAT 6和PPD检测的敏感性分别为45%、25%和57%;特异性分别为93%、95%和75%。rCFP 10-ESAT 6的敏感性高于rESAT 6,特异性高于PPD（P〈0.05）。结论rCFP 10-ESAT 6应用于结核病血清学诊断具有较好的敏感性和很高的特异性,对于结核病的诊断有很好的应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of recombinant Mycobacterium tuberculosis CFP10-ESAT6 fusion protein in the serological diagnosis for tuberculosis. Methods Using rCFP10-ESAT6 as coating antigen to detect the specific antibodies of tuberculosis patients by ELISA. rESAT6 and PPD were used as control. Results The sensitivity of rCFP10-ESAT6, rESAT6 and PPD were 45%, 25% and 57% % the specificity of rCFP10-ESAT6, rESAT6 and PPD were 93%, 95% and 75%. Statistics analysis showed that the sensitivity of rCFP10-ESAT6 was higher than that of rESAT6 and the specificity was higher than that of PPD. Conclusion The serological diagnosis for tuberculosis using rCFP10-ESAT6 shows high sensitivity and specificity, which is valuable for tuberculosis diagnosis. |
