家庭环境因素对青少年精神分裂症的影响

目的 探讨精神分裂症和家庭环境的关系。方法 用自编“家庭环境调查问卷”、修订的父母养育方式评价量表（ＥＭＢＵ）对８２例青少年患者和８２个正常青少年家庭进行调查，用Ｃａｍｂｅｒｗｅｌｌ家庭会谈表（ＣＦＩ）评定患者亲属的情感表达（ＥＥ）水平。结果 （１）病例组父母关系、亲子关系差，父母有不良行为习惯者多（Ｐ〈０．０５）；家庭性患者父母文化水平低、经济收入低、健康状况差（Ｐ〈０．０１）。（２）病例组父母

A study of fam ily environm entin adolescent schizophrenia

Objective To explore the relationship betw een fam ily environm ent and adolescentschizophrenia. Methods Using a fam ily envirom entinventory, Revised Egna Minnen av Barndosnaupp-forstran(EMBU) and Cam berw ellfam ily inter- view , a controlstudy was m ade between 82 adolescentschizophrenic patients(w ithin the range of13 to 18 years)and 82 nor- m alsubjects. Based on the fam ily history ofpsychosis, thepatients w eredivided into tw o groups: fam ilialgroup and sporadic group. Results(1) The relation between fatherand m other, parents and children w asw orse in patients, and theirparentshad m ore deviantbehaviorhabits(P< 0.05). The parents had low er culture and incom e, and their health w as worse in fam ilial group( P< 0.01).(2) The parentalrearing patterns ofpatient's w ere unfit, and itw as m ore outstanding in sporadic group. (3) High expressed em otion(EE) was 74.4 percent in patien's fam ily, positive em otion and em otionalover-involvem ent in sporadic group w ere m ore than thatin fam ilialgroup. Conclusion There are m any deviantfactors in the fam ily ofadolescent schizophrenia, w hich m ay be able to play a role ofprom otion for the onsetand influence the course ofdisease.
