女大学生手淫状况及影响因素分析

目的 了解湖北省武汉市女大学生手淫状况及影响因素。方法 在武汉市,按学校类型、专业类型(文、理、医、艺术等)、年级等特征进行随机整群抽样,以匿名方式进行自填式问卷调查,回收有效问卷4 769份。结果 女大学生手淫率为23.8%;不同专业大学生手淫率差异有统计学意义,以理工类手淫率(27.9%)最高。经Logistic回归分析,专业、父母文化程度、父母职业、家住环境、少儿时期受父母管教方式及少儿时期在家中是否快乐等是女大学生手淫行为的主要影响因素。结论 女大学生中有较高的手淫率,她们的手淫行为与其专业及成长环境因素有关。

Study on incidence and influencing factors of masturbation among female college students in Wuhan

Objective To study the behavior of masturbation in female college students.Methods Female college students were sampled by cluster sampling and investigated by questionnaire survey on anonymous basis.Results A total of 4769 students was surveyed.It was found that 23.8% of the students had masturbation.There were statistical differences in incidences of masturbation among students of different majors,with the incidence being the highest in sciences and technology majors(27.9%).A nalysis by logistic regression,behavior of masturbation was obviously influenced by major,culture degree of parents,occupation of father,familycs living environment,supervising ways of parents in the period of childhood and teenager,and happiness in family during period of childhood and teenage.Conclusion Among female college students,there was high rate of masturbation,and their masturbation behavior was influenced by major and some factors of pupulation environment.
