| 摘 要： | 目的:观察胃空肠吻合在贲门癌根治术的治疗效果。方法:手术治疗64例贲门癌,在常规肿瘤切除食管残胃吻合后,行残胃、空肠吻合,空肠、空肠侧侧吻合。结果:通过随访观察和术后钡餐检查证实,本术式有效解决了传统吻合方式术后返流性食管炎的发生,提高了贲门癌患者术后的生活质量,近期效果满意。

| Abstract: | Object: To evaluate the clinic response of anastomosis of gastric-jejunum in radical operation of cardiac cancer. Method: Surgical treatment were performed in 64 patients. after resecting tumour, anastomose gastric and jejunum , then anastomose jejunum and jejunum. Result: in 64 patients with this method. No anastomosis fistula and stricture happened. esophageal inflammation hardly happened. Conclusion: the anastomosis can effective prevent esophageal inflammation . It is a safe and effective regimen . It can improve quality of life of cardiac carcinoma patients. |
