摘    要:目的 提高对正常小肠螺旋CT三期扫描影像特征的认识。方法  80例健康患者 ,扫描前口服水。静脉注射造影剂后 ,分别于增强后 3 0s(动脉期 )、60s(静脉期 )、180s(延迟期 )行螺旋CT扫描。分别测取三期中小肠各段肠壁及系膜的CT值。结果 在同一期相中 ,小肠肠壁各段CT值差别无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但在动脉期、静脉期和平衡期之间 ,有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。系膜强化在各期相间均无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 同一期相中 ,小肠各段的强化一致 ;不同期相间 ,小肠各段的强化有显著差别 ,系膜的强化在各期相间均无变化

Abstract:Purpose To improve the recognization of CT imaging feature for normal small bowel with triphasic spiral CT. Methods Triphasic spiral CT was performed in 80 healthy patients, all of whom received water as oral contrast before CT scanning. Triphasic spiral CT was performed during arterial, venous and delayed phases after intravenous administration of contrast agent. CT attenuations were measured at the different parts of the small bowel wall and mesenterium among arterial, venous and delayed phases, respectively. Results The small bowel wall CT attenuations among different parts of the bowel were not significantly different during one phase ( P >0.05). However, their CT attenuations among arterial, venous and delayed phases were significantly different ( P <0.01). No significant difference could be found for the mesenterium CT attenuations among arterial, venous and delayed phases ( P >0.05). Conclusion There are similar enhancements among different parts of the small bowel during one phase. The bowel enhancements are significantly different among arterial, venous and delayed phases. There is no significant attenuation changes for the mesenterium in all of the three phases.
