| 摘 要： | 目的建立胰腺炎患者监护期间的临床路径。方法确定垂疤急性胰腺炎（SAP）监护期间的诊疗护理项目、常规医嘱标准单,确定诊疗过程的主要环节。结果实验组患者的腹痈持续时间显著短于对照组（P〈0.01）,实验组患者对护士满意度显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论临床路径的实施可提高医疗护理质量,提高患者的满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a SAP patient care during the clinical path.Methods SAP to determine the diagnosis and treatment during custody care projects,conventional standard single doctor＇s advice to determine the key elements of diagnosis and treatment. Results The patient＇s abdominal epilepsy duration significantly shorter than in control group （ P〈 0. 01） ,experimental group patients were significantly higher satisfaction of nurses （ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The implementation of clinical pathways can improve the quality of medical care,improve patient satisfaction. |
